      Pros

      Excellent community of coworkers, challenging technical projects, opportunity for promotion/career growth within the company.

      Cons

      Increasing expectations for overtime (nights, weekends, and holiday coverage) without additional pay, removing opportunities for remote or contractor work, high burnout levels due to unachievable goals set by the company.

      Benefits are good. Working with other peers.

      Cons

      Constant change of schedule. They hire telling you one thing and is completely another. The company also says they are big on work life balance which is absolutely incorrect. They hire you for a certain shift and not even a week or two after you get hired they change you to a second or third shift of 10-12 mandatory hours with no previous warning. There is no union either to stop this madness. Either you comply or you are fired.

      Work with some smart people and on some interesting products

      Cons

      Management, HR, business processes and culture are severely lacking. Trying to imitate some amazon aspects but poor implementation. Grew to a large size company but without the mechanisms to be a functioning organization.
