      Company paid benefits, 4 weeks of PTO starting after 90 days, pension, great management, fantastic support

      Cons

      Can be very busy and customers can be very challenging. Sometimes you are put in a do it yourself situation due to limited access of support help some days

      Work from home. Management is pretty good. Good PTO and benefits

      Totally different company now than when I started A few years ago. Used to be a fun and exciting place to work, now it is the opposite. Totally new systems, call requirements, added steps and protocols, and different scores depending who is doing the scoring! Used to be proud of working for them. Not anymore. Looking to leave asap
