Pros

Good people Great place to learn Christmas bonus Willing to train Fun job Discounted cable if you work enough hours

Cons

The only real issue I have working here is the low pay. There is also not a ton of room for advancement. Even the top jobs here don't seem to pay very well. With that said, other than the low pay, it's a very good place to work and employees are treated very well.

Great company...but family owned.

Pros

Great friendly people with lots of affiliate companies to work for. They treat their employees well. Company is constantly expanding.

Cons

The family structure of the company makes it feel like advancement is impossible. Not to mention being paid a fair wage. You see the ceo's making great money, but yet there's always an excuse when it comes to everyone else getting a raise. The company seems stuck in its way and isn't very progressive in the industries they service.
