Nothing everyone is toxic here and the pay is deplorable

Cons

The worst job I ever had please if you respect yourself steer clear from this sinking ship. This company has the worst turnover rate I have ever seen to the point it’s comical. The boss should be ashamed.

Pros

Work-life balance, helpful directors, great if you love customer service work, great location, daily unpaid hour-long break, good first job out of college

Cons

Low pay if you have any professional experience, no health benefits, everyone pretty much makes the same amount regardless of educational attainment/professional experience, no room for growth within the company unless someone quits/is fired, CEO has a communication style that can easily be perceived as condescending
