Pros

Only a few of the Directors are amazing, all of the other co-workers are great!

Cons

Owner and the Executive Director are degrading, nasty and toxic! Micromanage, waste your time in meetings, gossip about current and former employees, and act like they know how to do everything but when push comes to shove all they know how to do is sit behind a desk and be nasty to the staff who are actually keeping the place alive!

Pros

The staffing/service specialists, billing dept and speech director. Thats it.

Cons

The owner talks down about other employees in front of others, pay is terrible, empty promises left and right. You can feel the toxicity and tension in the air as soon as you’re in the door (if you can find parking). Lunch breaks (1 hr) are unpaid for hourly staff. We received constant ridicule for not working hard enough or doing our jobs well. How can that happen when 90% of your staff has been there for less than a year? There’s no training or coaching- just told to do better.
