Pros

Good benefits with time off. Nice facilities. A few good managers that are good leaders. Decent pay even though it's been said that it's given so employees can hire cooks and house cleaners so they can spend more time with family after their 10 hour day.

Cons

flexible schedules are rare anymore. So many departments operate at core hours, 8-5, or max 10 hour days for exempt staff. Q4, mandatory overtime late nights during the week and every weekend, including holidays. Earlier this year, mass layoffs. Company too lean as not enough staff to work all the system problems. All employees who are not customer facing will be required to take the week off after Labor Day to save money on Admin expenses. Departments spread across all locations which adds to siloed work environment. Executive leadership is clueless and can't speak to what the issues are as mid level managers aren't communicating real issues. No work life balance and no focus on healthy behaviors with all the long hours and stress.

Pros

Salary and benefits, casual dress code, flexible start time.

Cons

Sr. Managment:., they all have their own agenda and really do not care for the employees except when someone is watching. What is the saying, "it's when no one is watching that counts."
