We encourage you to talk to your manager and team about this, or reach out to HR if you’d like assistance mitigating a dispute. Kathy Mason Strategic Recruiting Program Manager

We’re glad that you appreciate the flexibility, good pay and benefits we offer. Although re-organizations are often a necessary part of business, our leaders try to be as transparent as possible with the reasoning behind them. As for our managers’ educational backgrounds, every hire we make adheres to the educational requirements originally laid out for the position. Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. Pros

Remote work policy Pay scale There are pockets of excellent teams and management

Cons

Disconnect between the Exec/VP levels and the Directors and below leaves Directors to run the company. This combined with a heavy political environment leads to many silos of inefficiencies. Insurance benefits are marginal. When working at another health insurance company, all employees were offered the best insurance the company offered. There are some horrible Managers/Directors that are allowed to thrive in their errant ways.
