Pros

flex schedule, time off, friends made at work

Cons

tough to pay bills on current salary levels; loyalty more towards vendor staff than on shore staff; quality audits of staff performing manual keying tasks is very unfair. A few keying mistakes and you're put on a performance improvement plan, and if you make another error or two, you're let go. We're not perfect people, especially with systems that are not intuitive. Diversity, not many senior men at the company in non exempt roles.

Pros

BlueShield of California has been the best employer in my life, and continues to impress me with their interest in maintaining proper work-life balance. The company takes pride in the employees that work here, and demonstrates it regularly from appreciation events to providing wellness reimbursement. Overall, here are a list of pros: -Competitive wages -Work-life balance -A sense of community -Tuition assistance/reimbursement and wellness reimbursement -Plenty of growth opportunity

Cons

While the company continues to be a great place to work, there are always things that might be improved. BlueShield of California has challenges in maintaining leaders and managers, and I am not sure what this stems from. Here is a short list of what may be considered cons by some: -Vaccine mandate -Leadership turnover rate -Sometimes micromanaged -Organizational structure continually shifting
