Pros

Great work environment. Very positive and reinforcing culture. Its a team of really good people. If you like taking care of people, it's very rewarding to serve the customers and help keep them protected. Blue Sky really takes care of their people. There are clear and specific goals that we are working towards as a team. I like the dashboard on each pay stub that shows how we're doing.

Cons

For our technician positions, the summers are hot, but the rest of the year it's great working outside.

Pros

The owners are honest and forthright people. They have a strangle on the AZ market so sales were easy. And they are super thorough and friendly with all customers. They know how to keep their customers happy.

Cons

Spread the wealth. I'm definitely not a person that expects to be paid without hard work but good heavens they are as cheap as it gets to actually making an office fun for summer sales. Super micro managing on so many level. They have built an amazing company but its like pulling teeth to actually get any incentive out of them. Great people but just need to learn to have more fun with their employees.

Blue Sky Pest Control has been a wonderful place to work and I'm grateful to work in such a positive environment! Everyone I work with is kind, supportive, and truly wants you to succeed. Work is steady and stable which gives me peace of mind. Blue Sky also offers excellent benefits, holiday pay and PTO.

Cons

None that I can think of.
