I’ve have enjoyed my employment at Blue Sky for the last 2 ½ years. The culture is very positive, results oriented, and holds itself to a gold standard. They have a genuine concern for their employees. The pay is competitive, compared to others in the industry. Blue Sky encourages a continual learning environment, to ensure we are leading the industry in our approach out in the field. Hard working individuals are appreciated, and moved up in the company quickly. If you enjoy using critical thinking skills to help your clients, and have a desire to delight the customers Blue Sky is the place for you!

We work outside in the heat so staying hydrated, and making sure you’re in good shape is a necessity

Co workers, customers, Blue Sky grows every year by leaps and bowns. It's a great feeling to know that when you go to work the company backs you in every way.

Cons

To be honest I can't think of one thing negative about Blue Sky. I found a place to hang my hat.

Pros

Blue Sky Pest Control takes really good care of their employees. They provide us nice trucks that are in good working order, and have cold A/C. The equipment that we use daily are kept in great shape, which helps me take care of my clients in a professional way. The employees here are friendly. I have great team members to work with. The benefits here are fantastic, such as medical, dental paid vacation and holiday pay. We do yearly reviews and raises. The hours are good, you are off every Sunday, and are scheduled to work 5 days a week. The training here is top notch, and we have ongoing training, that help us keep informed about pest management.

Cons

Part of pest control here in Arizona, is the summer heat which brings an increase in activity. We keep busy year round still, but you will see it get busier in the summer. Which is great for company growth.
