Pros

Ive been with the company for over a decade. I receive weekly training and feedback that is "building" and not "tearing down". There is a culture of development here that views areas of improvement as opportunities (i know that's cliché - but here, it's true). The financial impact, professional development, and personal development from working here can't be overstated.

Blue Sky Pest Control has been a wonderful place to work and I'm grateful to work in such a positive environment! Everyone I work with is kind, supportive, and truly wants you to succeed. Work is steady and stable which gives me peace of mind. Blue Sky also offers excellent benefits, holiday pay and PTO.

Pros

It's just a good place to work. They'll train you how to do most roles, so you don't need tons of experience to get in and going. The owners and leadership here know their job is to make sure the rest of us can provide for our families. There's no drama and no toxic co-workers. As an analyst I know company is strong has stable footing. The pest control industry isn't sexy, but it's a need for many and as consistent as you could hope for. I've worked here 13 years and would do it all over again without question.

Cons

There aren't really any remote work options, so you're generally limited to working out of one of two offices. It's all local to Phoenix area, and turnover is pretty low, so it takes time to move up.
