I've worked for Blue Sky for about 5 years now in 2 different positions and I have no complaints. Work/life balance is excellent, management is very supportive in helping with individual and team goals and opportunities are always available to progress where you want to be. 10/10!

Blue Sky Pest Control is a wonderful place to work. All my coworkers are extremely helpful, answering any questions I may have or willing to help figure things out with me. The teamwork is incredible, and they have become a second family. The pay is competitive, and they provide good benefits. There are also a lot of opportunities for growth and learning new things. They truly care about each and every one of their employees. This is the first time I can happily say I wake up and am excited to come to work.

Pros

Blue Sky is a great place to work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owners care about their employees and want to see you do well. Monday-Friday with a half Saturday every once in a while. Super easy job, just don't be lazy and work towards goals so you can have a good outcome. Pay is very good, full benefits, 401k. I am happy to come to work, love working for the company. Highly recommend if anyone is looking.

Cons

I don't have any cons except I wish the hour lunch could be broken up into 2 1/2 hours instead.
