Management calls and texts you on your personal cell phone constantly, even on your days off, abusing that as far as they can, over nothing, because they think that will motivate you to sell more-- to people who dont want anything but tv. To old people who dont know what it is. It should be a crime how dishonest and immoral these people have become.
Good luck trying to have a personal life of any kind. Not only does management abuse your personal cell phone with never ending texts and emails, oh and so does REGIONAL management as well, even regional's boss too, he likes to send out memes on a daily basis. Wheres the joke at? Besides abusing your phone, plan on never being able to plan your day ever again. A normal work day here starts at 7am. You get yelled at because your first job is 2 hours away so management wants you here an hour early at 6am to get there at 8. Contract says 7am start time. So it looks like your day will somehow be over before 5pm-- just kidding, last minute they just added another job on you so you won't get home until 8pm.
Besides management, as if that's not enough, PEOPLE treat you like you're a worthless piece of crap. Management looks at that survey that every - single - customer gets, dont fail that survey, dont back talk to people with terrible attitudes. Why didn't you sell them a soundbar or security system? Hah.
