Pros

Blue Sky is a family. If one person has a problem then we all have a problem and help in any way we can. There are so many incentives for technicians to earn extra money and very nice prizes. Managers are also very flexible with schedules.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that it gets a little slow during the winter and weather can affect work.
