There are a lot of good people working there.

Cons

The owners work against managers.. No work life balance. Metrics are designed to make it next to impossible to earn the full bonus. Everything runs downhill and is ultimately the technicians fault.

Not bad for an entry level position. Paid training.

Cons

Management within Topeka office. You're primary job is to sell items (smart home services), no matter what they tell you different, this metric can cost you your job.
