Too much politics

Pros

Good pay. that is the only good thing about it but its a trap.

Cons

Regional Politics. They do not prefer talent over donkey work. Teams are getting lead by people who don't have right skills Runs & they run like a family business. Less transparent management (especially Configuration management team). Some Leads/Managers are highly unprofessional and treats JDA as family based business.

Pros

Very nice environment to work, good teams are there to work, Work life balance is also good. Fun enviroment.

Cons

There is nothing much to say about pros regarding JDA Software Pvt Ltd, but they have to recruit from non reputed colleges also, and they have to spread their brand name, because some who is familiar with IT environment only knows about JDA, a normal student does not know about JDA as he knows about other companies like TCS, Infy,...etc
