Pros

- Working on good Tech stack (java, kafka, reactive programming, Netflix conductor) - Company having good culture I believe I don't deny that fact, however my experience is not very Good

Cons

** This is my personal experience in my team ** - very very toxic work culture - To many low performers - Seniors and manger are not helpful. - Sr Director directly talk to SDE-1, SDE-2 although team having layers of mangers product managers senior software developer lead. - work more you will get blamed more for your doing. -No matter how hard you work No appreciation.
