      Could learn more advanced veterinary medicine, if in their clique.

      Cons

      Lack of management, clique & toxic people, treat vet techs / VAs like they second rate citizens, and they say they support & help with mental health but not true.

      Decent pay and some decent people work here

      Cons

      Prioritizes making money over decent patient care, eg admitted more oxygen dependent patients than can accommodate with O2 cages and no O2 flow meters and humidifiers for nasal cannulation. Consistently out of basic supplies eg CBC, electrolytes, meds to induce vomiting but expected to still see patients that need these services. Work place favoritism and gaslighting by management is rampant
