These points were only given out to management’s favorite staff. No growth opportunities given within company, shifts aren’t guaranteed. When a client cancels, you don’t get paid

no growth, does not properly train, gas-lighting management, no CPR certification, no HR sketchy and underhanded things, not all children are treated with respect/dignity
