Pros

Good pay Good hours The team of RBTs and Clinicians are great Good structure

Cons

Management is not at all good. It is clear that they prioritize profit over patients. Another thing is that they do not have the client's best interest in mind; there have been several instances where clients are left unattended which is a safety concern, also there have been other things that have taken place there that also pose a risk and safety concern,

Pros

BlueSprig got my foot in the door for psychology and ABA, however, hours are never guaranteed, HR can be hit-or-miss, and admin time is limited to write notes and at a lower base-pay rate.

Cons

Lack of support from HR, difficulty securing full-time benefits, and low pay.
