      Cons

      Employees focus more on gossip and drama than sessions. Management treats employees poorly. Low pay for everyone

      Good for education

      Pros

      They fully believe in the BACB Ethics. They provide supervision hours for BCBA students. They give more than enough monthly RBT supervision. It’s a small clinic with flexible hours.

      Cons

      They should raise their wages for employees and change the ranking scale of RBTs to be able to get a raise.
