Pros

Making a difference in children’s life. It is very rewarding to watch children learn and see that you are making a difference in their life.

Cons

Very exhausting. Mentally, physically and emotionally draining. No breaks so you have to try to find time to snack on something when you have a chance or just not eat all day.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience at BlueSprig. We are glad to hear that you find our insurance benefits good and have positive words about our center director. Your input on the challenges faced due to lack of sick time, limited PTO, long work hours, the impact of client cancellations on pay, and the scarcity of paid holidays is invaluable to us. Ensuring the well-being of our staff while maintaining high-quality care for our clients remains a top priority. Thank you again for your feedback, and we will look into ways we can better support our employees.
