friendly staff, clean work environment,

Management staff does not care about their employees, training is a long process that is exhausting with a lot of course material to learn. If you do not keep up with tasks or fall behind due to any circumstance, the company is soon to replace you. Bluesprig only cares about stealing clients from other corporations. Clients are constantly being passed to other workers and stresses the client. HR staff treats employers there terribly. I do not recommend working here to earn your RBT certificate. They simply do not care. Workers do overtime and do not get paid for it due to manager's inconsistent schedule.
