Pros

- Only one guy has ever left the company out of 50+ and that was because he was getting married - Great people - Tons of freedom in your job - Big vision - Fast growth - Interesting problems and products to work on - Few meetings - Everyone gets equity (and along) - Enormous respect for leadership

Cons

- Some teams are disparate across the world but we use Google Hangouts which works - Can be chaotic/tons of projects going on at once, most of which don't come to fruition

Pros

Everyone is given opportunities to execute. The company leaders think logically, and very flexible compared to any giant companies in the industry. I have never heard of nor witnessed any preposterous arguments, so all discussions and decisions are rational and fair.

Cons

If you are looking for a giant company that takes care of everything for you, this is not the place. You need some start up mentality, and be proactive.

Pros

After watching the company the past few years, I certainly am pleased with the direction and that I am a part of the family. * I feel like I am able to contribute directly most every day and am not under intense pressure to always be working. * I am able to take time off as needed. And work-life balance is excellent. * Obviously one does not get into startups for a large salary. Same is true here, but compensation is certainly fair. * The company is headed in the right direction and I feel like things are about to explode (in a good way :).

Cons

One thing to know is that this company moves very fast. You must be able to keep up. No cons or major concerns that I can think of!
