Pros

Great colleagues, nice place to work, stability and growth opportunities. Really good restaurant. Flexible environment when comparing to many others production facilities. International and diverse. Salaries are fine compared to others in production-field and you can affect those with your own performance. Great to see how we are going global!

Cons

Naturally all growth companies have some issues, same thing here, but those are mainly related to process development and how things are done. Would like to see more understanding of personal responsibility from everyone to keep the atmosphere positive.

Pros

Hard to find any pros except for co-workers. If job market would be different I would have left long time ago.

Cons

Where do I begin? The company suffers from excessive micromanagement, often focused on issues that have little impact. Roles and responsibilities are poorly defined, which creates confusion and a lack of accountability across the organization. Rather than taking responsibility for leadership shortcomings, senior management often shifts the blame onto lower management. Promotions appear to be based more on favoritism than on performance or merit. Salary increases are virtually nonexistent, and compensation remains well below the average for the high-tech industry.
