“Promotes from within”....that’s a lie. You can be insanely qualified for a promotion and still not get it simply because they hire people they favor.
Crap raises.
Only 1% commission. Which is not competitive at all for other retailers.
Store managers aren’t qualified for their jobs. Probably because of the favoritism and the fact that they overlooked someone with better qualifications.
For this to be a company owned by a woman...they don’t care about you or your family.
Management gets holidays off. But how dare they let YOU see your family.
I can’t get over the fact that this company does not offer maternity leave. What kind of incentive do young women have for staying here? None!!
