      Minimum wage when you don’t have clients. Micromanaged and can’t get an answer to polices.

      Possibly the easiest job in the makeup industry

      Cons

      No organization, lack if competitive pay, upper management needs alot work. Unfortunately the upper management that is awesome has been so used and abused that they are starting to no longer care, and that effects the entire morale of the store level employees.

      Pros

      Gratis, BlueMercury is growing so lots of room to move around & grow. This could definitely be a career full time. The hours are amazing. Lots of vendor support.

      Cons

      Health insurance, no short term disability which means if your a mother or pregnant its unpaid. I find this a bit unfortunate especially because Marla beck is a mother. You can request off Saturdays unless it’s PTO. Small teams which means if one person calls off it affects everyone.
