Pros

Absolutely no pros about this company

Cons

Unprofessional management an absolute disgrace...been in the field of aesthetics for over 25 years joined thinking this would be a great fit part time in new neighborhood after moving...it’s like a high school misfit group of uneducated without social skills in management, taking whatever they can... Macy’s now owns these misfits! Only a select few stores are reputable....RYE ON PURCHASE STREET SUPERIOR! go there or order online! Don’t waste ur time!

Pros

The clients make your day! The company expresses amazing values which make you want to work for them, however, the upper management who actually do, will make you think otherwise.

Cons

Being a new store, I can say that the process has been a little unsettling. The environment they pitch you in your interview is definitely not realistic. This company is very “matter of fact” when it comes to policy and procedures, however, it only applies to certain people. The DM has instilled such a fear with the employees that the fear of reporting is insane. Violating everything from taking “boxes” out the back door with her family, transferring product under other employees numbers, not working shifts they committed to, and the list goes on. The lack of support from upper management is rather embarrassing especially for a new store. The sheer level of disrespect for other store managers is ridiculous and beyond a huge HR violation. They way you are spoken to, referred to as if you are an idiot and talked about is often embarrassing. Having your DM discuss everyone’s HR issues puts you in an uncomfortable position.
