Pros

- People are good to work with - Sample sale around the holidays

Cons

- Pay is not competitive - Benefits are not competitive - No maternity leave pay, despite the CEO being an "advocate for women" - No flexibility to work from home/flexible hours - Management (CEO/COO) does not trust employees to do their own jobs - very micro-managed - Management is afraid of newness - Not a lot of upward mobility
