Still feels like a small company -- lots of opportunity to try different things -- not all processes are fully defined so there is a lot room to make a difference and contribute to making the company function better

rapid growth has left some things a little strained -- few quirky things (time clock for salaried employees?)

Bluemercury has grown exponentially over the years and continues to grow. This has given me the opportunity to grow professionally with them and work with plenty of talented people. I love the team that I work with. It feels like a family! The beauty of working here is that you can make an impact on the business, while working closely with the founders. It’s exciting to be a part of a business where the work you do is challenging and rewarding.
