Pros

I have worked for this company for 10 years. In that time we grew from 14 stores to over 100. It has been the best kind of team effort that you could imagine. We all worked hard for each other to make it happen. In this time when we are working toward even greater growth the team approach is so important to our success. The great news is that we have a very committed team and look forward to the challenges.

Cons

Rapid growth creates challenges in the form of team cohesiveness. We understand this and work hard to try to build the best team environment. We have been flexible to adapting our benefits to be as competitive as possible.

Pros

I recently joined the company and I absolutely love it so far! With a company this size you have the ability to ideate and quickly implement. Having worked in both small and large companies, I prefer a smaller company like this where you don't have multiple layers to go through in order to put forth an idea. It's a fast paced environment, where the staff is very welcoming. I find that everyone is encouraged to provide their perspective and to be collaborative. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you will definitely enjoy working here!

Cons

The company is growing quickly and so there are opportunities to right size systems and processes.... but this is all a work in progress!

Pros

Strong retail leadership, opportunity to implement your ideas and impact growth on a daily basis, direct interaction with the CEO across all levels, highly collaborative and supportive environment

Cons

Sometimes processes are not well defined, need more opportunities to build corporate culture through social events, need clear paths for promotion, especially for junior talent.
