Pros

Boutique locations outside of a typical mall setting does create a more customer-friendly and open rapport between the staff and the customers.

Cons

The company does not utilize their employees in the most efficient and effective ways, they would rather cut costs on necessary overhead expenditures and have the staff maintain accounting, custodial, inventory and stock intake and shipping; all while maintaining top notch customer retention and services.

Pros

Lots of gratis during training week mostly skincare than makeup but we'll worth it..

Cons

Rules are ridiculous, hard to advance, you are expected to stay later when asked even if your not schedule to, manager loves to make changes to schedule at anytime without notice... and lots of favoritism, company is more concern with the numbers you make than your needs!

Pros

Good vendor trainings. Good products. Good makeup lines.

Cons

Too much turnover. Secrecy and shadiness from upper management and corporate. A lot of changes that are not communicated clearly or thoroughly with store staff. Never any feeling of safety of our jobs.
