Pros

I have worked at the corporate office for more than 7 years. It has been the best business experience of my life! This fast growing company has gone from 8 stores to more than 40 stores since I have worked there. They are the Starbucks of their generation! It was always fast paced, for sure, but for those who are looking to work at one of the fastest growing cool retailers with world-wide potential...this is the place for you.

Cons

There were always new responsibilites to be taken on by the team, but if they are up to the challenge, it was always a way to grow and learn more about how a fast growing company actually works

Pros

I worked at the store level and loved the work. I am a real product junkie and love working with people so it was a great combination of getting to work with a product that I love and the opportunity to talk with a diverse group of clients. There was good support from the field management and the store employees seemed appropriately motivated and we worked well as a team.

Cons

I had to move due to a family need so unfortunately there is no Bluemercury in my new location.

Pros

The environment is fast-paced and the company growth presents many opportunities to learn various aspects of business and take on new challenges. I've been with the company for more than 5 years and know several that have been here for twice that both in the office and at the stores. Many store managers, district managers and office staff have risen through the ranks and understand the business from various perspectives (associate through management).

Cons

The fast pace requires rapid movement between tasks and prioritization but I enjoy this part of the business. It is fun to help a growing company accelerate its success.
