Pros

Lots of gratis during training week mostly skincare than makeup but we'll worth it..

Cons

Rules are ridiculous, hard to advance, you are expected to stay later when asked even if your not schedule to, manager loves to make changes to schedule at anytime without notice... and lots of favoritism, company is more concern with the numbers you make than your needs!

Pros

The only reason to work there might be the employee discount on expensive product and the positive interactions with clients.

Cons

No clear directions, management dominated by few people who constantly make disrespectful comments / remarks. Almost no career advancement opportunities.
