Pros

Gratis and full time hours. Wonderful freelancers come in almost daily to help with the sales floor. Great product lines

Cons

Zero communication within the company and no one has any time to help the managers if they have questions . Goals set way to high and completely unobtainable. Feels like my job is constantly in jeopardy even though I am very well qualified for the position

Pros

Gratis & discount. Free wax if your spa people like you.

Cons

Management was an angry dragon breathing down your back. Never enough sales no matter what the circumstance. And the push of M-61 is usually ridiculous.

Pros

Beautiful stores and high quality product

Cons

Very negative place, poor leadership, no rewards/recognition for contributions. They think they own you. Really thought this would be a good step in my career, but instead I felt disillusioned with the leadership and direction of this growing company.
