Pros

Good product trainings, which foster confidence in sales while recommending to clients

Cons

This company does not keep employees’ wellness in mind. Money hungry company that leaves no opportunity for growth. Horrible management from the top down. If not for being an esthetician here dealing with my own clients, plus my own personal business on the side, I would have left a long time ago. They expect employees to do way beyond job description for garbage pay. I’ve also had to run to the store to buy my own supplies to conduct appointments, since the company lacked ordering for me during busy holiday season.
