Regional Philadelphia team is horrible. No support and they treat you like you are below them. No career options available.

Hours got reduced during the slow season. No opportunity for growth. Management was inconsiderate and did not care about employees.

The people and love the products

Cons

Behind technically in a lot of respects. A store first company and not digital first so it can be frustrating when you are on the digital team - definitely a lack of support there. Still treating digital and stores as competing businesses which is unfortunate.
