      Pros

      I've been with the company for 7 years in a top volume door and have had so much opportunity for growth. Upper management, in my experience, has always been very supportive and help to open the doors for more career opportunities when you work hard. Other pros are fantastic training, PTO, yearly pay raise, positive family-like environment, great retail hours, tons of free gratis, monthly incentives, benefits and 401-K.

      Cons

      Bonus structure is contingent on meeting your monthly goal. Standard in retail, however tough during slow months and can be discouraging. Also, the spa could use a little revamping to update to more advanced services and treatments to match up to local competition.

      Pros

      The company's culture and theme is the future of brick and mortar cosmetic retail. Great concept. The constant communication from corporate is great.

      Cons

      Because of their massive and quick growth, the corporate retail management side hasn't caught up. There are still minor kinks to work out like POS in partnered locations, inventory discrepancies, and HR communication. With time, this will all be ironed out.
