Great products. Customers love the boutique feel.

Cons

Do not pay associates enough for what they do. Training is horrible. No safety for associates. Don’t invest in their staff.

None, this company is toxic.

Cons

It’s a cult for DM level and above, and slave labor for SM level and below. The VP is a bully. Doesn’t matter how successful or qualified you are, you will always come second to the brown-noser.
