Pros

Incentives and gratis. Store hours.

Cons

1. Pay is very low for role. 2. Too many tasks for management. It’s expected of manager to compete and sell and manage for low pay. 4. Hard to hire people because pay is not competitive. 5. Too many complicated events that extend, then become confusing. 6. No cleaning service. The staff have to clean everything somehow with everything else to worry about. 7. Communications from upper management is inconsistent. 8. Devices used for sales always breaks down and causes stress and upset customers.
