Pros

It used to be a great company to work for. Your immediate coworkers are like family and 30% discount.

Cons

Once the company was sold to Macy's it went downhill. Higher up was demeaning to staff. Benefits not great. Raises minimal. Not appreciated.

Terrible Place to Work!

Pros

None. Located inside a Macys you can be sure there will be no promotions.

Cons

Everything. Terrible aggressive/racist work environment. No clear direction per management. Management takes a back seat amid all business issues to place blame on low level employees.
