Cons

—too many meetings —Limited career advancement —not enough cross team interaction and collaboration

Entrepreneurial spirit.

Pros

Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and work on stuff that matters. My co-workers are smart, focused, and fun to be around. I get to work on a product that supports family-run businesses. South End location is awesome. Free parking! Office is dog friendly. Health and dental benefits are 100% paid for by the company.

Cons

We are outgrowing our space; the office is getting a little cramped. I love that my team is small, but dislike that there are not more defined tiers within my function.

Smoke and mirrors

Pros

Benefits and location..snacks....monthly events and beer in the fridge and a very fancy water dispenser. Lots of toilet paper and soap (when someone remembers to order it)

Cons

Lots of backstabbing here. 8 people (10% of the workforce) have left in the last 2 months, yet they tell everyone things are just fine. Some departments are over staffed and others are barely scrapping by. Awful new hires as managers who have ZERO training. Def watch out if they make you an offer. Some people steal and keep their jobs and others work their tail off and never get a thank you. No guidance whatsoever. HR is a joke also, only really recruits and covers up the true problems that are abound. Summing it all up...please just move on and work for a legit company like Wayfair that will have some financial backing going forward.
