Pros

great team and atmosphere, laid back with flexible work from home policy lots of opportunity for those willing to make recommendations/take risks start-up culture is not for everyone, but presents a great opportunity for those that like it

start-up culture, lots of pivoting and changes in priorities

Pros

Compensation was reasonable. Good location only if you live in downtown Boston

Cons

These are not honest people. Appear to be open, hip, cool place to work, blah, blah, blah...snakes abound. Many in Senior Management are just snakes. Too bad.
