      -this was a great place to start my sales career and I'm grateful for the people at BlueVine who helped me grow and really believed in me! -the people who work here are truly awesome and make it a fun place to be every day -management cares about the employees and invests in employee growth and wellness - specifically within the sales organization -great amenities in the office and fun events for the whole company -as the company continues to grow, the culture and start up feel remains in tact -I felt appropriately compensated and that management had out backs if there were any compensation structure changes -Management took time to educate us on the industry and give constructive feedback on performance -Eyal is an accessible and approachable CEO so it is easy to tell that good culture and management comes from the top down -Most prospects are inbound so no cold calling!

      Cons

      -small business financing can be a tough sell because it is somewhat expensive, but BlueVine has quality value props and if you are a good sales person then you got this!

      Great company. Compensation is achievable. Fast growing Company. Great people to grow with.

      Cons

      Sales team is expected to achieve record numbers every month. In this line of business there are many reasons where a deal can fall a part due to cross communication of many departments not aligning with one another.
