As a standard and consistent practice, Bluevine reviews employee pay to ensure it is both competitive with the external market and internally equitable. When we hire or promote talent, we take into consideration each candidate’s qualifications and experience in connection with the market-aligned range for the job and relative to peers. While not all roles are bonus eligible, we align pay to market total target pay for every position. In addition to base salary we also have stock-based incentive opportunities for over 95% of all employees.

Looks great from the outside, until you join their workforce. Do more for less money attitude

Cons

Worst employee experience ever. I can’t warn you enough to run, unless you enjoy being underpaid and over worked. Let’s not forget about the lies from management, and lack of job security the company has. They did lay offs, then two weeks later started hiring again. I lost some great co workers who could have been placed based on the business needs versus destroying their lives with poor decisions on workforce management.
