Tel Aviv traffic can get jammed, but don't worry. There's great public transport near the office, making your commute easy.

Pros

Found senior executives to be honest and transparent about the company and job role throughout the interview process. Down to the person, everyone was nice, smart, and genuine (rare combination) from the time I was introduced to the company through my first 3 months. Bluevine is also in an enviable market position, recently hitting some major business milestones at the 10 year mark. Morale is strong and business trajectory is very exciting. The company mission is to help SMBs with their banking/financial management - who have been traditionally underserved by big banks, so business owners can spend more time growing their companies. I am a big fan of entrepreneurs and small/local businesses, and feel the work is for a worthwhile cause - in addition to growing Bluevine itself. Also, free catered lunches on in-office work days have a wide variety, nice bonus.

Cons

Can streamline meeting cadence and free up more time to do the work
