Great open and transparent culture. Product driven. Everyone has a voice. Team minded environment. Nice and smart people. Company is on a great trajectory!

Cons

Not necessarily a con for me but might be for others - we move really fast so for some that might be a challenge. The other call out is around vacation days - although comp in general is fair - vacation days offered are on the low side - I would appreciate more days.
