Pros

The people are the best part—super collaborative and always ready to help. The company offers solid benefits, like great health insurance, free office transport and Pluxee food pass. Fun office events organized from time to time keeps the morale high. Our team has grown internally from 20 employees to over 70+ now and this only means the Leadership is keen to invest and grow in India. In terms of career and growth, with an imminent IPO funding to be announced soon, this is a good time to be at Bluevine India.

Cons

The workload is intense at times, with tight deadlines that make work-life balance a challenge. Occasionally, communication between departments is found lacking, which sometimes led to confusion. With greater management involvement, this can be made better I feel.

Pros

One of the best places I’ve worked. The company has a genuinely great work culture with a supportive and collaborative team. There is a strong sense of trust and flexibility, and the hybrid work model makes it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The environment is filled with fun, motivated, and smart people who make everyday work enjoyable and engaging. Opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully are always present, which makes the overall experience even more rewarding.

Cons

None for now. My experience has been positive so far.

High Startup Promises, Heavy Corporate Reality

Pros

Nice offices. Good people on the IC level

Cons

Presents itself as a startup, but operates with heavy corporate structure. Slow decision-making due to multiple layers of approvals and bureaucracy. Culture favors maintaining a positive facade rather than addressing underlying issues. Compensation and expectations match “startup mode,” but without the agility or flexibility that usually comes with it. Innovation is often talked about more than it is practiced.
