Bluewater has a great team! Working together effectively is a core part of what makes Bluewater successful. Working here gives you the opportunity to add value to some of the largest corporations in North America and beyond.

Cons

It's a small business (less than 200 employees). Sometimes, when teammates are out or focused on bigger projects, it can cause bandwidth to stretch a bit. This is typical of any organization.
