Working at Blufox Mobile is an experience that I would never recommend to anyone seeking growth and professional development. This company has a toxic environment that is solely driven by the incompetence and unprofessionalism of senior management. From the moment I joined the team, it was clear that members of senior management do not trust anyone on their team to perform their jobs. The lack of coaching and development for anyone in management was apparent and surprising. Unlike most companies that invest in their employees, here, it was every man for themselves. Senior management members are also extremely unprofessional. They constantly share and discuss unprofessional pictures promoting a culture of disrespect and objectification. You are often questioned about your romantic life and are subject to unwarranted scrutiny and criticism. Furthermore, senior management here has no understanding of data or facts, and their decisions are based solely on opinions and personal bias. The promotion system here is based on favoritism rather than performance, which further creates a hostile work environment where merit does not matter. The company's HR team is entirely useless, and the raises that you ask for your team are given not based on merit, but rather the company's need to balance demographics. The role of store managers is not recognized, and they are viewed as expendable fodder. District Managers are expected to manage 5-7 stores with minimal say in who manages their team unless senior management likes the person. Moreover, Senior management sees the training department as nothing more than extra bodies to be used to plug holes when their stores are short-staffed due to bad management. In short, working at Blufox Mobile is a regrettable experience filled with void opportunities, unprofessionalism, favoritism, and fraud that runs rampant in the company. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Training is non-existent, no discounts with Xfinity, insurance is not that good, pay rase is not given, instead you are reminded that your commission is your raise. HEAVY focus on Mobile, but keep forgetting about their other products, no huddle to learn what is new (only way is to check a website on your own). Over time is so prohibited that you can get a write up, no "moving up" from with-in, they like to hire new people and "train" them on Teams. BluFox likes to refer itself as a "small company" and its absolutely not as it is opening stores left and right. No paid vacation (unless a manager and above and even then its like 5 hours a month). Black out dates are sometimes a month long and there is no (paid) maternity leave.
